Face Liveness
Confirm there’s a real, live person in front of the camera, not a photo, a video replay or a deepfake. The anti-spoofing foundation under age and identity checks.

What Face Liveness does
Detects spoofs shown to the camera (photos, screens, 3D masks) and injected video (recorded or deepfake)
A short guided camera session returns a clear pass or fail
Run it before age or face matching so every check is on a real person
Streaming happens client-to-cloud; you receive only the result
Frequently asked
What spoofs does liveness detect?
Spoofs shown to the camera (printed or on-screen photos, video replays, 3D masks) and spoofs injected to bypass the camera (recorded or deepfake video).
How long does a liveness check take?
A few seconds, a short guided session in the browser, then an instant pass/fail.
How does it work?
The person completes a short guided check on camera, following a few prompts, and receives a confidence score for how likely they are a live, present person. The score is probabilistic, so it is best used as one signal in a risk-based decision, alongside checks like device integrity or one-time codes, rather than as a sole guarantee.
